Hi There!

I started teaching meditation after traveling to India in 2014. Before that I took 2 years of advanced courses and thousands of hours of classes.

I teach from my heart and use stories from my own life to connect with students. I have taught a diverse group of students to practice this effortless technique in order to help them find a piece of peace in their lives.

I have a weekly blog that I manage so that every student of mine can continue learning. I host retreats and really just spend my days trying to spread techniques that mean a lot to me. Meditation drastically improved my quality of life and I want to spread that blessing to others.

In order to have an honest journaling practice, we must get to know ourselves. Effortless Meditation is one of the most effective ways to do this. It helps us to discover the different layers of self and explore

I designed this course because I believe everyone should have access to a self-sufficient meditation technique. I put my heart into creating something that would help other's discover the love within.
