Piece of Peace is a community of women exploring wellness through journaling.


Here you will find practices of self-discovery and growth. My goal is to empower women to become their own guru. This is why I stress the importance of journaling. It helps us learn the wisdom of our own mind.

"I set out on my meditation journey by taking the Beginning Meditation Course with Channing and Piece of Peace Meditation. My goals when starting this journey were very ambitious.
